Minutes of meeting held on 21-June-2011

Here are the Minutes of meeting conducted on 21-Jun-2011.

1. Mentor - mentee:

Assigned Vanaja as a mentor for Aswini and Kajal

2. Contribution:

Decided to continue contribution for 5 members of 3rd semester students for this year. ( student selection to be done as early as possible)

3. Cettification:

Every group member should refer and do ground work for getting certification for our group. so that we can approach more people and can eloborate our activities.

4. Communication:

Due to lack of communication btw group members we are missing information. so desided that, Each and every communication between members and students should be informed to all members via TEAM- helpinghands mail. i.e what ever u want to communicate to members or you communicated to the students should mail to the TEAM-Helping hands mail. we will forward the same to all members.

This is must.

From here onwards meeting will be conducted with students in Andhra University not in GICE.

After 6 months, when all the students returns to college (who are under training). meeting will be conducted with them.


5. Future Planing:

Planning to do contribution form 10th class students onwards, for this we need to take inputs from other social service group members for approching to schools for selection of students
